Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead the 24/7 Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy Truepill and Alto, guiding a unified team of 450+ agents and licensed professionals.

You will build scalable infrastructure, balance cost, quality, and SLAs, ensure compassionate patient engagement, and collaborate with senior leaders to align launches with execution readiness while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

10+ years of executive experience leading large-scale clinical operations.
Experience managing remote/hybrid teams (400+ FTEs) in 24/7 environments.
Pharmacy background and licensed pharmacist in at least one state.
Expertise in process engineering, quality management, scaling operations.
Experience with regulatory authorities (State Boards, DEA).
Strong change management and strategic communication skills.
Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy, or related field.

Responsibilities

Oversee clinical call and operations across legacy TruePill and Alto, representing a unified workforce of 450+ agents with 24/7 coverage.
Scale operations and drive operational maturity and compliance while improving patient engagement.
Direct staffing and capacity planning for 450+ care agents and licensed professionals.
Standardize Rx contact center SOPs and ensure high-quality performance across a large work-from-home team.
Maintain regulatory compliance with State Boards of Pharmacy and DEA.
Lead continuous improvement to boost productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance, and other senior leaders.
