Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead the 24/7Clinical Call and Operations teams, overseeing 450+ care agents and licensed professionals, across legacy Truepill and Alto entities.

This role balances cost, quality, and SLAs while driving outbound strategies and patient engagement. The position reports to the COO and requires extensive experience in high-growth healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional leadership.

Formación

• Executive leadership experience in large-scale clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
• Manage 400+ FTE remote/hybrid teams in a 24/7 high-volume environment.
• Pharmacy background with licensed Pharmacist (RPh).
• Expertise in process engineering and quality management systems.
• Experience with pharmacy regulatory compliance (DEA, State Boards).
• Strong change management and cross-functional leadership.
• Strategic communication across matrix organizations.
• Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations for 450+ staff across legacy Truepill and Alto.
• Drive operational maturity, compassionate patient engagement, and high-priority initiatives.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ care agents and licensed professionals.
• Standardize performance and SOPs for a large work-from-home team.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with State Boards and DEA.
• Lead continuous improvement to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance and senior leaders on launches.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing leadership team.
