JPMorganChase's Merchant Services team is seeking a Relationship Manager in the Technology sector to manage a portfolio of global corporate clients. You will advise senior stakeholders, shape strategy, and drive revenue through strategic client management and cross-sell opportunities.

You will collaborate with JPMorganChase coverage teams, present quarterly business reviews, and travel as required. The role offers growth, mobility, and the chance to influence payments optimization for leading

Qualifications

8+ years in strategic relationship management or business development in the Payments industry.
Contract negotiation experience.
Senior sales and account management experience.
Proven ability to grow Fortune 500 client relationships.
Experience with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

Achieve revenue objectives by expanding existing relationships and identifying new opportunities.
Collaborate with various lines of business to optimize product and service delivery.
Serve as primary client contact for Merchant Services.
Build partnerships with JPMorganChase coverage teams through ongoing collaboration.
Coordinate cross-sell opportunities across JPMorgan Payments, Treasury Services.
Apply strategic, consultative selling to optimize payments solutions.
Prepare quarterly business reviews and present financial/market analyses to support proposals.
Represent the firm at external industry conferences to boost market visibility.
