Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer facing merchant services, acquiring, or payments role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with bank coverage teams and JPMorgan Payments Treasury Services to develop account and call plans.
• Support prospecting, meeting prep, and follow-ups; craft proposals and RFP responses.
• Coordinate with product, pricing, legal, and risk on deal structuring and diligence; handoffs to implementation.
• Deliver payment solutions customized to meet client needs.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene and reporting in Salesforce; build dashboards and reports in Excel.
• Track and communicate progress against goals; provide regular updates.
• Invest in ongoing professional development through internal and external learning resources.
• Travel: up to 50%
