Job summary

JP Morgan Chase is seeking a Business Development Manager for Merchant Services in a fast-paced environment, driving growth and expanding our merchant services offerings. You will identify opportunities, build relationships, and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.

You will collaborate with treasury services and banking partners, stay ahead of industry trends, and manage proposals and presentations to win new business. A results-driven mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Proven success in business development and meeting sales goals.
Strong understanding of payment processing and merchant services.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop opportunities within a defined territory.
Collaborate with Commercial Banking coverage to pursue new business.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Create sales strategies tailored to each sector to hit revenue targets.
Build relationships with Treasury Services and banking partners to deliver merchant services solutions.
Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and payment processing technologies for government sector.
Prepare proposals, RFPs, and presentations for clients.
Articulate the value proposition of merchant services offerings clearly.
Coordinate with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation.
Track KPIs and use data-driven insights to refine strategies.
