Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President, Marketing AI Program Manager to lead end-to-end AI initiatives within the CMO organization.

You will orchestrate POCs, pilots, and governance across marketing and lines of business, partnering with Technology, Data/Analytics, Legal/Compliance, Privacy, and Risk to ensure controlled, enterprise-aligned delivery. The role emphasizes executive-ready reporting, prioritization, and agile collaboration with multiple stakeholders to drive growth,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management, transformation, marketing operations, technology enablement, and/or innovation with senior stakeholders.
• Strong portfolio orchestration across multiple initiatives with clear prioritization and delivery discipline.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to influence across business, technology, data, and controls partners.
• Superior written and verbal communication; translate complex AI topics into executive actions.
• Proven track record partnering with Technology, Data/Analytics, Legal/Compliance, Privacy, Controls, and Risk in controlled innovation.
• Strong external orientation and curiosity for emerging AI and martech trends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of AI POCs across the CMO organization and lines of business, ensuring prioritization and governance.
• Support standardized intake/onboarding for new POCs (definition, sponsor readiness, value hypothesis, resourcing, approvals).
• Partner with Technology, Data/Analytics, Legal/Compliance, Privacy, Controls, and Risk to deliver controlled innovation and documented approvals.
• Serve as point of contact within Marketing for Sandbox activities—intake, sponsorship alignment, execution tracking, reporting.
• Produce executive-ready updates (dashboards, memos, risk/issue escalations, portfolio readouts) to enable fast decisions.
