Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 10+ years of post-merger integration, enterprise transformation, or management consulting experience.
• 5+ years in M&A integration leadership.
• Proven track record leading multiple acquisitions through all integration phases.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Corporate Development and functional leaders to assess integration complexity and value creation opportunities.
• Translate the transaction thesis into actionable integration plans with clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Develop Day 1 readiness plans and long-term integration roadmaps tailored to each transaction.
• Drive cross-functional plans for organizational design, process integration, and culture integration.
• Monitor and report on integration health and milestone performance through executive dashboards.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
