You will translate deal strategy into disciplined execution, protect continuity, align cross-functional teams, and ensure value delivery across the enterprise. Reporting to the SVP of Integration Management, you will drive Day 1 readiness, stabilization, operating model implementation, and governance while partnering with Finance, HR,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in post-merger integration or enterprise transformation.
• 5+ years leading M&A integration.
• Experience building and leading integration teams.
• Healthcare/regulated industry background preferred.
• Strong executive communication and governance experience.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Corporate Development to assess integration complexity and value opportunities.
• Translate deal thesis into actionable integration plans with milestones.
• Develop Day 1 readiness, stabilization priorities, and longer-term roadmaps.
• Drive operating model alignment, data migration, and continuity plans.
