Job summary

Intuitive in the United States seeks a Sr M&A Integration Manager who reports to the Director, M&A Integrations and partners with Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and other functions to lead multiple transactions across the full deal lifecycle.

You will drive diligence plans, governance, data requests, integration strategy, cost estimates, and Day 1 readiness, coordinating with deal leaders to deliver an integrated view of risks, opportunities, and required actions.

Qualifications

• Sr M&A Integration Manager role requiring leadership across cross-functional teams during diligence and integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional diligence across multiple functions (Finance, Tax, Legal, HR, Regulatory, Quality, Sales & Marketing, Service, Product, Engineering/R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Security).
• Develop integration strategy, milestones, and coordinated outputs for deal models, closing conditions, and Day 1 readiness.
• Build and manage integrated plans from pre-close through long-term ownership with clear owners and milestones.
