Qualifications

• 13+ years experience
• Level 2 Production Support experience
• Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills
• Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills and relationship building skills
• Service oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience leading requirements for multiple large development projects
• Proficient with basic technical tools and systems
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple tech teams to integrate functions and define system enhancements
• Provide expertise in apps support and the technology area
• Define scope and objectives for complex enhancements and document requirements
• Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs and SAs to document impacts and support needs
• Assess implications of applying technology to the current environment
• Identify risks and propose mitigations
• Coach and guide junior analysts
• Perform incident/outage management and crisis coordination across regions
• Investigate incidents in Custody Digital Assets and Settlements apps
• Influence strategic functional decisions through advisory services
• Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements
• Lead resiliency activities including DR coordination and component tests
• Communicate outage details to stakeholders and manage expectations
• Develop onboarding guidelines and improve stability and supportability
• Persuade and influence through strong communication
• Other duties as assigned
• Escalate and report control issues with transparency
