Job summary

Citi is seeking a Learning Advisor Lead in a Hybrid role to shape and execute learning strategies across HR and business units. The position partners with managers and HR stakeholders to deliver integrated learning solutions aligned with the Learning & Culture menu of services.

The role emphasizes root-cause analyses, strategy development, and measuring impact of training programs. Strong English skills and program management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning and development strategy and execution.
• Ability to conduct root cause analyses and identify gaps in capabilities.
• Strong consulting skills and stakeholder management across HR and business.
• Familiarity with governance for learning products and policies.
• Experience measuring the impact of training interventions and budgets.
• Vendor management experience and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Help execute and market a Learning strategy that supports HR and business priorities.
• Develop Learning strategy in partnership with manager and broader Learning strategy.
• Conduct root cause and gap analyses to identify opportunities and solutions.
• Partner with other Learning Advisors to consult with stakeholders.
• Advise on compliance with standards and policies for learning products.
• Assist with measuring effectiveness and communicating impact to stakeholders.
• Support management of the learning budget for the function.
• Collaborate with peers in Learning & Culture and HR for a cohesive experience.
• Stay updated on external market trends and future capability needs.
• Assess risk in decisions and escalate/control issues with transparency.
