Citi is seeking a Senior Learning Advisor, Risk, to lead the development and execution of a global learning strategy for central controls and CBNA risk. You will partner with senior stakeholders to deploy learning solutions, measure impact, and manage the learning budget.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in Learning, strong consulting and facilitation skills, and a data-driven approach to demonstrating program success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Learning or a related field.
• Consulting, adult learning theory, and program design experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tell a story with data.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, and able to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and market a learning strategy that supports global functions and regulatory priorities.
• Conduct root cause and gap analyses to identify opportunities and solutions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver an integrated learning strategy.
• Ensure learning products comply with standards and governance procedures.
• Measure effectiveness of training interventions and report impact to stakeholders.
• Manage the learning budget for the coverage area.
• Collaborate across HR to provide a consistent partner experience.
• Monitor market trends to inform future capability requirements.
• Escalate and manage control issues with transparency.
