Job summary

Links Partners seeks a Senior Manager of Learning Strategy & Governance to build and deliver a best-in-class training program for the firm’s business professionals, with scalable solutions supporting performance, development, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in training/learning and development, or HR.
• Experience scaling training programs from needs assessment to design, delivery, and measurement.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Experience developing learning content (e-learning, job aids, facilitator guides, communications).
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Excellent writing, editing, and interpersonal skills; able to influence across departments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; able to learn and administer LMS governance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch a firmwide training strategy and curriculum for business professionals.
• Conduct needs assessments using stakeholder input and performance data to prioritize initiatives.
• Develop and deliver blended training experiences (live, in-person, e-learning) with practical application.
• Partner with HR leadership and SMEs to reflect firm priorities and culture.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and learning platforms; assess ROI and improvements.
• Create implementation plans, communications, and facilitator materials to drive adoption.
• Measure program effectiveness and report results to leadership.
• Maintain program documentation and ensure a consistent learner experience.
• Monitor trends and adopt innovations to keep programs cutting edge.
