Job summary

Deloitte UK’s Learning and Talent team seeks an A&A Learning Business Partner to coordinate leadership, professional and growth learning. You will align learning needs with central resources, advocate training requirements, and design effective communications.

Knowledge of data analytics and programme management is essential; experience with Manager Development Programme is a plus. You will join a hybrid UK office environment with cross-functional collaboration and senior stakeholder engagement

• Own programmes like Manager Development Programme with support.
• Execute L&T communications and coordinate learning dashboards.
• Support data analysis to track engagement across learning programmes.
• Gather feedback and translate into actionable priorities.
• Plan industry learning activities and consolidate results for the team.
