Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Learning Consultant to translate business line strategy into structured learning journeys and experiences. You will partner with instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure solutions meet priorities and are scalable within the flow of work.

The role emphasizes strong consulting relationships, adult learning principles, and the use of formal measurement to drive impact. A hub-based, in-person and hybrid work model is expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience building strong business partnerships and leading learning solutions that address complex, business-specific needs
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to influence peers and leaders
• Deep understanding of business consulting, learning strategy, capability development, or performance improvement
• Expertise in adult learning principles and modern, blended learning approaches
• Experience using formal measurement frameworks and data to drive decisions
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect learning strategy to business line priorities, performance goals, employee needs, and measurable outcomes

Responsibilities

• Build trusted advisor relationships with business leaders and understand strategy and performance priorities
• Lead discovery to identify root causes of performance gaps including learning and non-learning factors
• Guide stakeholders to enterprise-aligned solutions addressing business needs
• Act as a connector across the business line, GL&D, and HR to drive ownership
