Job summary

Ipsos in the United States is seeking a Client Business/Relationship Management professional to lead and nurture key client relationships, translate client needs into impactful research strategies, and guide cross-functional teams through project delivery. The role involves shaping proposals, presenting insights, and driving revenue growth within the client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of consumer technology and financial service trends and research methodologies.
• Ability to tailor research to client needs and design methods around client objectives.
• Ability to learn, pitch and execute Ipsos capabilities related to concept testing, forecasting, segmentation, A/U, shopper insights, brand positioning.
• Identify ways to improve processes and profit margins.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations addressing client issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and foster ongoing relationships with key client contacts at the portfolio.
• Understand client's product, service and strategy to grow Ipsos credibility and business.
• Anticipate client needs to influence Ipsos product development and delivery improvements.
• Direct client service teams to ensure flawless execution from design to delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and align with client needs.
• Develop, mentor staff to build client understanding across disciplines, beyond project orientation.
• Review proposals, questionnaires, and presentations with Account Managers to ensure key insights.
• Present insights to clients in a compelling, actionable manner.
