Job summary

Ipsos is seeking a Vice President, MedTech Research to lead growth and profitability for a portfolio of MedTech clients. You will build trusted relationships, identify opportunities, oversee research quality, and develop talent within the organization.

You will drive revenue, provide executive oversight across the research lifecycle, and champion innovation while collaborating with cross-functional Ipsos teams to deliver integrated client solutions.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of market research or insight experience.
• Significant experience supporting MedTech or Healthcare organizations.
• Strong client management, business development, and leadership skills.
• Expertise in quantitative research methodologies and storytelling with data.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow strategic relationships with MedTech clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and recommending impactful solutions.
• Drive revenue growth through account expansion and new business development.
• Partner across Ipsos teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Provide executive oversight across the research lifecycle to ensure quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
