Job summary

Ipsos is seeking a Client Business/Relationship Manager in the United States to steward key client relationships, oversee market research projects from design to delivery, and translate insights into strategic business advice. You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and collaborate with account managers to craft proposals, ensure quality, and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of consumer technology and financial service trends.
• Ability to design research around client objectives and needs.
• Capability to pitch and execute Ipsos capabilities (concept testing, forecasting, segmentation, A&U, shopper insights, brand positioning).
• Identifies more effective ways of doing things and improves profit margins.
• Develops account plans and leads team implementation to meet objectives.
• Handles dynamic workloads, prioritizes requests, and delegates to project teams.

Responsibilities

• Directs client service teams to ensure flawless execution from design to delivery.
• Collaborates with cross-functional managers to align on client needs and expectations.
• Develops, manages and mentors staff to build cross-disciplinary understanding and presentation skills.
• Reviews proposals, questionnaires, and presentations with Account Managers to ensure insight relevance.
• Presents insights to clients in a confident, actionable way for broad audiences.
• Contributes to and manages assigned revenue and profit margins.
