The role emphasizes advancing client understanding, proactive needs forecasting, and delivering strategic recommendations that drive revenue growth, while mentoring staff and enhancing process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of consumer technology and financial services trends and research methodologies.
• Ability to design research around client needs rather than forcing a single methodology.
• Ability to pitch Ipsos capabilities related to concept testing, forecasting, segmentation, A&U, shopper insights, brand positioning.

Responsibilities

• Directs client service teams to ensure flawless execution from design to delivery.
• Maintains positive ongoing relationships with key client contacts at the portfolio.
• Presents insights to clients in a concise, actionable way.
• Manages assigned revenue and profit margins.
