Job summary

Ipsos is seeking a seasoned Client Business/Relationship Manager to nurture key client relationships and guide cross-functional teams through market research projects from conception to delivery.

You will anticipate client needs, craft research to address business objectives, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive client growth and Ipsos credibility in the market.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong understanding of consumer tech and financial services trends and research methodologies.
• Understands client needs within broader business issues and designs research to address those objectives.
• Can learn, pitch and execute Ipsos capabilities (concept testing, forecasting, segmentation, etc.).
• Identifies ways to improve profit margins by efficient processes.
• Thinks beyond numbers to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develops account plans and leads teams to implement them.

Responsibilities

• Manages and fosters positive ongoing relationships with key client contacts.
• Directs client service teams to ensure flawless execution from design to delivery.
• Presents insights clearly to clients in an actionable way for broad audiences.
• Contributes to and manages assigned revenue and profit margin.
• Collaborates with Account Managers to review proposals and questionnaires.
