Job summary

Ada Infrastructure is seeking a Vice President, Commercial & Customer Partnerships (North America) to lead strategic hyperscale customer relationships and complex data center transactions from initial engagement through contracting, development, delivery, and ongoing account management.

This senior role combines strategic account leadership with rigorous commercial judgment, partnering with Investments, Legal, Engineering, and Delivery to protect company economics and drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in data center or related industries.
• Experience leading complex hyperscale commercial transactions and negotiations.
• Strong financial and investment acumen with exposure to underwriting.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic hyperscale transactions from engagement to contracting, development, delivery, and account management.
• Coordinate with Investments, Legal, Finance, Development, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
• Structure, negotiate, and execute complex commercial terms, leases, and risk allocations.
• Maintain end-to-end ownership of commercial, contract, and technical issues throughout transactions.
• Provide leadership in cross-functional teams to align customer requirements with Ada's economics.
