Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Vice President Delivery for North America to lead the safe, predictable delivery of self-build data center facilities across the region, with focus on the South Central campuses and expanding as needed.

The role demands senior leadership, deep data center construction experience, and the ability to align design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading large, complex mission-critical or industrial infra programs.
• Extensive data center construction experience with hyperscale or AI campuses.
• Experience delivering self-build facilities from design to handover.
• Strong knowledge of project controls: budgeting, scheduling, risk, change control.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CM/Engineering/Architecture/Business.
• Preferred: PMP/CCM/PE/LEED or similar credentials.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery performance for North American self-build portfolio through commissioning to handover.
• Set delivery strategy per campus aligning scope, schedule, cost, procurement and risk.
• Lead portfolio prioritization and resource deployment across campuses, identify dependencies early.
• Provide executives with an accurate, decision-ready view of delivery health and risks.
• Drive timely resolution of issues affecting energization, long-lead equipment, and handover dates.
• Establish governance across PM, preconstruction, construction, MEP QAQC, commissioning, and controls.
