Job summary

Ada Infrastructure is seeking a Vice President, Commercial & Customer Partnerships (North America) to lead strategic hyperscale customer relationships and end-to-end data center transactions. You will work with Investments, Legal, Solutions Engineering, and Delivery teams to deliver commercially viable, risk-aware solutions.

The role emphasizes non-traditional sales leadership, deep financial acumen, and collaboration with senior executives to shape Ada Infrastructure's growth in North America.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated strong financial and investment acumen.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic hyperscale customer relationships and complex data center transactions from engagement through contracting, development, delivery, and account management.
• Coordinate with Investments, Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Delivery to structure and negotiate deals.
• Provide market intelligence to inform site selection, product strategy, and portfolio planning.
• Manage risk, protect economics, and ensure transactions are executable and financially sound.
• Support Investment Committee reviews with clear transaction structures and assumptions.
