Ada Infrastructure is seeking a Vice President, Commercial & Customer Partnerships (North America) to lead strategic hyperscale relationships and complex data center transactions. You will unify investments, legal, engineering, development, and delivery to craft solutions that meet customer needs while protecting economics.

The role demands senior-level commercial judgment, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to influence executives across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience leading hyperscale data center transactions.
• Strong financial, legal, and commercial judgment.

Responsabilités

• Own strategic hyperscale customer relationships and complex data center transactions from engagement to contracting and delivery.
• Lead structuring, negotiation, and execution of transactions across multiple teams.
• Coordinate Investments, Legal, Finance, Development, Engineering, and Delivery for deal success.
• Provide market intelligence to inform site selection, product strategy, and portfolio planning.
• Translate customer requirements into commercially viable technical solutions.
