Job summary

Ada Infrastructure in the United States is seeking a Vice President, Commercial & Customer Partnerships (North America) to lead strategic hyperscale relationships and complex data center transactions from initial engagement through contracting, development, delivery, and ongoing account management.

This role is non-transactional at its core, acting as the commercial owner across Investments, Legal, Finance, Development, Engineering, and Delivery to structure terms, protect economics, and manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in data center industry with hyperscale exposure.
• Strong financial and investment acumen for underwriting and terms.
• Technical understanding of large‑scale data center infrastructure (power, cooling, connectivity).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior relationship owner for designated hyperscale customers and lead cross‑functional engagement.
• Lead the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex hyperscale transactions and leases.
• Maintain end‑to‑end ownership of commercial, contractual, and technical issues throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Investments, Legal, Finance, Development, Engineering, and Delivery to translate requirements into viable solutions.
