Ada Infrastructure, part of Ada’s global data center platform, is seeking a Vice President of Commercial & Customer Partnerships (North America). This role leads senior-level relationships with hyperscale customers, guiding transactions from initial engagement through contracting, development, delivery, and ongoing account management.

Reporting to the SVP of Acquisitions & Commercial, you will coordinate Investments, Legal, and Delivery teams to align customer needs with Ada’s economic

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in the data center industry or equivalent.
• Proven success leading complex commercial transactions and negotiations.
• Technical understanding of large-scale data center infrastructure (power, cooling, density).

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic account leadership for designated hyperscale customers.
• Structure, negotiate, and execute complex hyperscale transactions.
• Own end-to-end commercial, contractual, and technical issues through the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into viable solutions.
