Job summary

Ada Infrastructure seeks a Vice President, Commercial & Customer Partnerships (North America) to lead strategic customer relationships and end-to-end hyperscale transactions. You will coordinate Investments, Legal, Solutions Engineering, Design, Development, Delivery, and Operations to deliver complex, economically sound solutions.

The role requires deep market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across Ada's global platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in data center or hyperscale infra.
• Experience leading complex data center transactions and negotiations.
• Strong financial and investment acumen with technical understanding of data center infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic account relationships with hyperscale customers.
• Structure, negotiate, and execute complex hyperscale transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into viable solutions.
• Provide executive engagement and governance throughout the transaction lifecycle.
