Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York invites a seasoned VP, HR Business Advisor to partner with Technology and Data & Analytics, shaping the talent agenda for the CCB division.

You will influence senior leaders, drive workforce design, succession, and performance programs, using data-driven insights to enable business outcomes. You will lead end-to-end talent initiatives across a complex global matrix and partner with COEs and stakeholders, ensuring accountability for adoption and measurable results

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including direct advisory work with senior leaders.
• Ability to influence senior leaders in a large, global, matrixed organization.
• Strong business acumen; connecting talent actions to business outcomes.
• Executive presence with confident, constructive communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills driven by data insights.
• Proven judgment and risk awareness navigating complex employee matters.
• Strong program/project leadership to drive end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive delivery of the people agenda for the aligned business area(s), translating priorities into talent outcomes and execution plans.
• Advise and influence senior leaders on org design, workforce planning, and re-organization with decision support and change planning.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of compensation and performance cycles for the aligned population with data integrity and risk adherence.
• Shape and drive talent and succession planning, identifying gaps and mobilizing actions with COEs.
• Coach leaders on complex people matters with sound judgment and risk awareness.
• Use insights and analytics to create fact-based narratives, root-cause analyses, and actionable recommendations.
• Lead cross-LOB initiatives and large-scale change efforts with stakeholder management and results accountability.
