JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Human Resources Business Advisor—Vice President to support the HR4HR Business Advisory team. You will collaborate with senior leaders and a diverse stakeholder pool to execute strategic people priorities, drive change, and guide HR initiatives across the organization.

In this high-visibility role, you will partner with business leaders, manage talent and performance cycles, advise on compensation decisions, and lead development efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to interact with business leaders at all levels and influence decisions.
• Strong project management, end-to-end process improvement.
• Analytical thinking to identify issues, trends, and root causes.
• Able to operate in a highly matrixed organization across the firm.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to establish a people agenda and implement related initiatives for aligned lines of business.
• Maintain performance and talent management cycles; advise on succession planning, promotions, and questions.
• Support year-end compensation processes; align baselines with finance and management.
• Engage in employee listening initiatives and action plans from surveys.
• Provide development and coaching to managers and emerging leaders in partnership with the talent team.
• Advise leadership and cascade reorganizational changes into Line of Business areas to embed the new structure into BAU.
