Exceptional problem-framing, analytical, and synthesis skills; able to identify the real question and key drivers.
Strong customer orientation with hands-on discovery, research, and field insight to inform strategy.

Responsibilities

Develop customer-backed growth strategy and translate insights into actionable plans.
Frame high-value strategic questions and land clear recommendations for senior leaders.
Translate insight into strategy and execution to drive near-term ARR and three-year direction.
Partner with Product, GTM, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations across the organization.
Build and scale a durable Product Strategy capability with a clear operating model.
