Job summary

ContactPoint360 is seeking a Vice President of Growth – Home Services, Home Warranty & Trades to drive revenue, secure strategic partnerships, and scale outsourcing across global operations. You will lead business development, identify new markets, and collaborate with executive teams to ensure successful client acquisition and long-term growth.

This role focuses on expanding CP360's presence in Home Services, Home Warranty, and Skilled Trades, building a strong pipeline, negotiating enterprise

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in executive-level business development or sales leadership.
• Proven track record securing enterprise-level clients and negotiating complex agreements.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with global delivery teams and cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to develop strategic sales pipelines and achieve aggressive growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Home Services, Home Warranty, and Trades.
• Lead contract negotiations and close outsourcing agreements.
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing to convert inbound leads into new business.
• Represent CP360 at industry conferences, networking events, and executive meetings.
• Support client implementations and transition to operations.
• Provide regular forecasts and performance updates to executives.
