Job summary

ContactPoint360 is seeking a Vice President of Growth for Home Services & Trades to lead a national growth engine. This executive will build strategic relationships with major home services leaders, close large, complex deals, and translate industry economics into scalable partnerships.

You will drive multi-market expansion, develop enterprise-grade pipelines, and steer win strategies across HVAC, roofing, plumbing, and warranty platforms. This role is remote in the United States with travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales, business development or strategic partnerships experience.
• Meaningful commercial experience in home services, home warranty, residential trades or technology/service providers.
• Proven network of executive decision-makers across major U.S. home services organizations.
• Demonstrated experience winning new logos and closing complex, high-value B2B deals.
• Ability to navigate enterprise buying committees, procurement and negotiations.
• Understanding of customer operations, dispatch, service delivery and economics of home services.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with founders, CEOs, presidents, COOs and private equity leaders.
• Own the entire new-business sales cycle from introduction to signed agreements.
• Understand the home services industry’s economics and operational challenges.
• Sell outsourcing outcomes to capture demand and scale client operations.
• Develop a market-entry playbook and strategic account plans.
• Represent the company in industry events and partnerships.
