sitrepsllc in Northern New Jersey seeks a Vice President of Growth to lead residential home services expansion. This role reports to senior leadership and is focused on growth strategy, profitability, and people leadership in a hands-on environment.

You will own P&L, drive demand, improve call efficiency, oversee technician teams, and deploy proven SOPs while shaping long-term operating plans.

Qualifications

• Track record of owning a P&L or running an operation with measurable results.
• Leadership of frontline teams including crews or technicians.
• Emotional intelligence to lead an established team without bulldozing it.
• Growth instinct to identify and act on levers and measure impact.
• Ability to read a P&L, identify leaks, and implement fixes.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Northern New Jersey.

Responsabilités

• Develop and own the growth plan including demand generation, membership growth, close rate, average ticket, and new service lines.
• Contribute to P&L from day one and grow into full P&L ownership: revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA.
• Establish and manage an operating rhythm with the leadership team, including scorecards and reviews.
• Oversee field performance: call booking, dispatch, technician productivity, callbacks, and customer experience.
• Recruit, develop, and retain technicians in a tight NJ labor market.
• Deploy the platform playbook with proven SOPs and ensure adoption.
