Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Vice President for Government Solutions Division in Reston, VA, to lead a multi-hundred-million-dollar portfolio across HHS & VA. The role requires steering the division’s strategy, growth initiatives, and cross-divisional collaboration to win new contracts while delivering on existing commitments.

You will own the P&L, drive operational excellence, and build the next generation of leaders, with a focus on high retention and integrity across a diverse workforce and partner

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading federal program portfolios
• Experience across CPFF, FFP, FPLOE and T&M contracts across multiple agencies
• Proven track record of growing a business across customers, programs and financials

Responsibilities

• Set the division's strategy and convert it into actionable plans
• Drive growth with Business Development and win new business
• Coordinate with Leidos teams to expand contracts and enter adjacent markets
• Own the P&L: cost, schedule, KPIs, AOP commitments across all division contracts
• Mentor division managers and build next generation leaders
• Establish a culture of high retention, performance, and integrity
