Job summary

PRISM seeks a dynamic Vice President of Government Services to lead and expand our Government Services Division from Reston, VA. This executive role drives revenue growth, profitability, and strategic client engagement in the federal contracting ecosystem.

You will build and nurture executive relationships, shape a robust subcontracting pipeline, and guide a high-performing team while remaining hands-on to win and expand business in federal markets.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in sales and business development, with IT staffing and federal subcontracting focus.
• Proven revenue generation through pipelines and deal closures with large federal integrators.
• Based in Reston, VA with readiness for frequent client-facing activities.
• Deep knowledge of the federal subcontracting model, procurement cycles, and contracting terminology.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategy for the Government Services Division and revenue targets.
• Manage and develop a high-performing sales and business development team.
• Develop subcontracting pipeline with large federal prime contractors.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align GSD objectives.
