Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading growth practices and captures across Federal Health customers.
• Strong ability to influence change and manage diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relations within defined key customer base across the Health IT portfolio.
• Facilitate the creation of business strategy for the Health IT line, including whitespace growth and resource allocation.
• Contribute to annual operating plan (AOP) based on growth strategy.
• Manage a team of HealthIT Growth leads and build a pipeline with resource planning to meet AOP.
• Collaborate with line, business development and solution architect orgs to create innovative solutions for customers on existing programs and new business.
• Cross-collaborate with Leidos Health Sector to build holistic winning approaches.
• Leverage data to invest strategically and drive growth; align investments with customer needs.
• Partner with Business Area CTO and Line organization to align investments and execute growth plans.
• Brief senior leadership on growth strategy and execution.
• Identify strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to enable wins.
