Job summary

Leidos in Reston, Virginia, seeks a senior growth leader to define the Civilian Agencies growth trajectory and to lead capture efforts, turning customer modernization priorities into business opportunities.

You will guide a cross-functional team, shape long-range growth, manage portfolio strategy, and foster executive relationships while advancing innovative solutions across Civilian Agencies such as DHS, DOS, DOJ, HHS, and VA.

Qualifications

15+ years in government contracting, BD, capture, or strategic growth roles.
Proven success growing portfolios with sustained revenue growth.
Experience managing large-scale contracts (> $500M).
Deep experience with Civilian Agencies customer sets (e.g., DHS, DOS, DOJ, HHS, VA).
Strong strategic, analytical, and business judgment skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills.
Experience leading cross-functional, matrixed teams.
US citizenship and ability to obtain/hold Top Secret clearance (preferred).

Responsibilities

Define and drive a 2-4 year growth roadmap for the portfolio.
Cultivate relationships with senior decision makers to align Leidos value proposition.
Oversee capture strategies to align offerings with customer challenges.
Manage and optimize an opportunity pipeline and resource alignment.
Inject innovative digital solutions into capture shaping and bid strategies.
Observe market trends and pivot growth plans accordingly.
Participate in growth review forums, financial planning, risk assessment, and reporting.
