Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Vice President for its Government Solutions Division in the Washington, D.C. area. The role requires strategic leadership to drive growth, coordination with business development, and oversight of P&L, cost, schedule, and KPIs across all contracts.

You will lead a diverse workforce, build the next generation of leaders, and set a culture of high performance and integrity. Expect complex, multi-agency programs and cross-functional collaboration at the executive level.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leading large federal program portfolios.
• Proven ability to grow a portfolio and win new business.
• Experience managing diverse teams and multiple contracts.

Responsibilities

• Set the Division's strategy and translate it into actionable plans.
• Partner with BD to pursue and win new business; grow beyond existing contracts.
• Lead, coach, and develop division managers and leaders across the org.
