LCG, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Growth to lead the federal growth strategy for government IT services. You will own the enterprise pipeline and personally lead priority captures and major pursuits, aligning opportunities with LCG's capabilities and long-term strategy.

You will work closely with the CEO and Leadership Team and manage Growth budget, governance, and external partnerships to scale the organization across CMS, CDC, and VA opportunities.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of federal business development and capture experience.
• Proven record of winning federal IT services contracts as a growth leader.
• Executive-level federal relationships within CMS, CDC, and VA.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise Growth function: BD, capture, proposal management, strategic teaming, and market positioning.
• Own enterprise new-business pipeline and build qualified federal opportunities.
• Lead strategic captures, recompetes, and priority federal pursuits from qualification through proposal submission.
• Define and execute federal contract vehicle strategy, including GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs, and agency-specific vehicles.
• Develop win themes and positioning with partners; establish growth governance and KPI reporting.
