Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Senior Executive to lead the Google Cloud Business Group for North America. You will own the commercial and strategic agenda across the Americas, shaping the joint go-to-market, driving P&L accountability, and scaling the certified expert community.

You will work with Google Cloud and EPAM leadership to maximize co-sell opportunities, build offerings, and embed Google Cloud solutions into client growth strategies. This is a high-impact, VP-level role with regional scope.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of cloud consulting/technology services experience in North America.
• Full P&L responsibility in SI/consulting/tech organizations.
• Deep command of Google Cloud ecosystem (GCP, data, AI/ML, infrastructure, security).
• Proven ability to grow revenue through pipeline, partnerships, and executive deals.
• Experience leading distributed teams across US/Canada.
• Executive presence with senior client, partner, and internal stakeholders (C-suite/VP).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute EPAM's Google Cloud NA business strategy (portfolio, verticals, positioning).
• Own NA P&L, set revenue, margin and pipeline targets.
• Lead joint business plan with Google Cloud NA and field leadership.
• Drive co-sell execution and pursuit strategy for major NA opportunities.
• Develop new offerings aligning EPAM capabilities with Google Cloud market demand.
• Build and sustain a measurable NA pipeline with EPAM and Google Cloud field teams.
• Represent EPAM with Google Cloud North America leadership and channel teams.
