EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Executive to lead the Google Cloud Business Group for North America.

You will own the full commercial and strategic agenda across the Americas, shaping the joint go-to-market, driving P&L accountability, and expanding the certified expert community. You will build a measurable North America pipeline, align with Google Cloud field leadership, and serve as EPAM's executive relationship owner with Google Cloud NA leadership, including field sales, alliances,

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in cloud consulting, technology services, or enterprise software, with a strong commercial and go-to-market track record in North America.
• Executive leadership and P&L accountability at SI/consulting firms or tech companies.
• Deep command of Google Cloud ecosystem, partner programs, co-sell motions, and competitive landscape in North America.

Responsibilities

• Own the North America Google Cloud business strategy and P&L.
• Lead joint GTM with Google Cloud North America leadership and field teams.
• Drive co-sell execution and pursuit strategy for major opportunities from qualification to deal closure.
• Build and lead a high-performing North America GBG team across locations and functions.
• Represent EPAM in key Google Cloud events and executive engagements.
