Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a senior executive to lead the North America Google Cloud Business Group, owning the full P&L and shaping the joint go-to-market with Google Cloud. This role requires strategic vision and executive presence to drive growth across the Americas.

You will lead a distributed team across the US and Canada, partner with sales and product, and build a high-impact program to scale Google Cloud offerings, co-sell motions, and client engagements at the VP level.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in cloud consulting, technology services, or enterprise software, with a strong commercial and go-to-market track record in North America markets.
• Proven success leading or scaling a cloud platform or technology services business with full P&L responsibility at a systems integrator, consulting firm, or technology company — ideally at Senior Director or VP level.
• Executive presence and credibility with senior client, partner, and internal stakeholders — comfortable operating at C-suite and VP level.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute EPAM's Google Cloud business strategy for North America, including service portfolio, target verticals, and competitive positioning across the US and Canada.
• Own the North America P&L for the Google Cloud Business Group — setting, managing, and delivering revenue, margin, and pipeline targets.
• Lead the joint business plan with Google Cloud's North America partner and field leadership, aligning EPAM's commercial objectives with Google Cloud's regional sales motion.
• Drive co-sell execution and orchestrate pursuit strategy on major North America opportunities, from initial qualification through executive deal closure.
