Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Cloud Engagement Lead for its Google Business Group to drive end-to-end cloud modernization and AI initiatives. You will partner with Google Cloud field teams on co-sell motions, lead strategic deals, and guide senior client stakeholders through transformative journeys.

The role blends hands-on technical credibility with business development instincts, requiring a builder mindset and the ability to operate in ambiguity across verticals and accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology consulting, cloud services, or digital transformation.
• Experience leading complex cloud engagements and AI modernization programs.
• Proven track record closing multi-stakeholder deals with revenue accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead opportunities end-to-end including qualification, deal shaping, and solution design.
• Act as pursuit leader coordinating solution architects, delivery, and EPAM units.
• Lead business/technical workshops with client and Google teams to advance pursuits.
• Own revenue targets for Google Cloud engagements and drive a proactive pipeline.
• Embed in top accounts to build joint EPAM–Google Cloud strategies and land-and-expand motions.
