EPAM Systems, Inc. in the Bay Area seeks a Business Development Director - Technology (Google) to drive revenue growth and expand EPAM’s footprint within the Google account.

You will own account expansion across units, identify whitespace opportunities, and build strategic penetration plans that align with Google's priorities and organizational structure. You will own the full sales lifecycle, identify whitespace opportunities, build strategic penetration plans, and develop senior relationships

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of IT sales / business development with a strong focus on named or strategic accounts.
• Proven track record of closing new business in organizations with $2B+ in sales.
• Experience selling IT services into Alphabet/Google or within Google or its ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own account growth within the Google account, driving expansion across business units.
• Identify and convert whitespace opportunities across underpenetrated teams within the account.
• Build and execute a strategic account penetration plan aligned to Google's priorities.
• Develop senior stakeholder relationships (Director, VP and C-suite) within the Google account.
• Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification through to deal closure.
• Proactively generate pipeline through targeted outreach and industry networks.
• Collaborate with internal delivery and account teams to align solutions with Google’s challenges.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting and reporting.
