Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Cloud Engagement Lead to drive end-to-end Google Cloud initiatives, guiding clients through modernization and AI journeys. The role blends hands-on execution with strategic business development and cross-functional leadership within EPAM's Google Business Group.

You will partner with Google Cloud field teams, lead pursuit efforts, and embed in top accounts to shape land-and-expand motions across cloud migration, app modernization, data and AI.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology consulting, cloud services, or digital transformation with a recent focus on Google Cloud modernization and AI programs.
• Technical credibility in cloud migrations and AI-driven delivery models; fluency with AI-native development approaches.
• Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with revenue accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead opportunities end-to-end: qualification, deal shaping, technical solutioning and win strategy.
• Act as pursuit leader coordinating solution architects, delivery, and EPAM Business Units.
• Lead business/technical workshops with client and Google teams to advance pursuits.
• Own Net New and Expansion revenue targets for Google Cloud engagements; develop proactive pipeline.
• Embed in top accounts and build joint EPAM-Google Cloud account strategies; execute land-and-expand motions.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (VP to C-level) on transformation.
• Build deep relationships with Google Cloud account teams and lead joint executive sessions.
