Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in professional services or SaaS implementation, with at least 3+ years leading people managers.
• Proven global experience managing multiple large-scale enterprise software projects and a cross-functional delivery team.
• Strong business acumen with demonstrated experience owning a profitable P&L and delivering margins of at least 30%, including budget ownership, revenue forecasting, and resource planning.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop leaders: Directly manage a group of team managers and leads, fostering leadership growth and alignment to strategic goals.
• Own delivery strategy: Define how projects are scoped, resourced, and executed for consistency, scalability, and high-quality customer experience.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen: Use data-driven insights to manage budgets, margins, and capacity; balance customer outcomes with business goals.
• Drive operational excellence: Monitor utilization, capacity planning, and delivery KPIs across disciplines to reduce risk and improve outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support for seamless handoffs and aligned solutions.
• Elevate customer experience: Ensure high-quality delivery, clear governance, and proactive issue resolution to shorten time to value.
• Support sales efforts: Engage in customer conversations, support proposal development, ensure scope aligns with goals.
• Lead change and growth: Scale the delivery practice by standardizing processes and developing team capabilities.
• Coach for growth and change: Mentor managers and leads through change and develop leadership capabilities.
• Ensure global consistency: Align with regional leaders to standardize delivery and improve global customer experience.
