Job summary

Momentus is seeking a strategic Vice President of Professional Services to lead a diverse team spanning Technical Services, Project Management, and Consulting. The role defines vision and strategy for global services, ensuring seamless implementations and measurable value for customers.

You’ll lead leaders, optimize delivery, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align services with business goals and outcomes. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in professional services or SaaS implementation.
• Proven global experience managing multiple large-scale enterprise software projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Develop Leaders: directly manage a group of managers and leads.
• Own Delivery Strategy: ensure scalable, high-quality delivery across regions.
• Demonstrate Strong Business Acumen: manage budgets, margins, and capacity with data.
• Drive Operational Excellence: monitor utilization, capacity planning, and delivery KPIs.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: partner with Sales, Product, CS, and Support for seamless handoffs.
• Elevate Customer Experience: ensure high-quality delivery and proactive issue resolution.
• Support Sales Efforts: participate in customer conversations and proposals.
• Lead Change and Growth: scale delivery practices and standardize processes.
• Coach for Growth and Change: mentor leaders through change and development.
• Ensure Global Consistency: align global delivery standards across geographies.
