Job summary

Bidgely is seeking a Vice President of Customer Onboarding and Professional Services to lead a 40+ person global consulting organization, owning the full services lifecycle from onboarding and implementation to ongoing professional services. The role reports to the COO and sits on the senior leadership team.

The ideal candidate has deep enterprise software delivery experience, strong executive presence with C-level clients, and a proven track record scaling services organizations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in professional services, consulting, or enterprise software delivery.
• Experience leading multi-level organizations of managers and senior leaders.
• Proven track record transforming and scaling services at an enterprise software company.
• Owns a services P&L with revenue forecasting, margin, and utilization.
• Deep expertise in delivery governance, methodologies, and quality frameworks.
• Strong executive presence with C-level client relationships.
• Partners with Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps and tooling.
• Excellent communication and leadership across functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, CS, or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a 40+ person organization across delivery, PM, solution architecture, and consulting.
• Set vision and multi-year strategy for the services organization aligned to goals.
• Scale delivery with repeatable offerings and AI-enabled tooling.
• Own delivery playbooks, quality standards, and governance frameworks.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance to scope, price, and execute.
• Drive KPIs like time-to-value, quality, utilization, and margin.
• Spearhead executive engagements and maintain strategic customer relationships.
• Represent services in executive reviews and industry forums.
