Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Vice President of Global Distribution to lead Hyatt’s global distribution strategy across owned, third-party, B2B, B2C, loyalty-enabled, and emerging channels. You will partner with Loyalty, Digital Product, Marketing, Revenue Management, Brand, and Technology to maximize World of Hyatt value and direct-booking advantages, across direct and partner ecosystems.

You will oversee a broad portfolio of distribution relationships, drive parity and rate integrity,

Qualifications

• 15+ years in hospitality, travel distribution, or related fields.
• Experience leading global distribution strategy across multiple channels.
• Strong understanding of direct digital, loyalty, and partner distribution channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Hyatt's global distribution strategy across channels.
• Lead visibility and conversion across hotel-shopping journey including AI-enabled tools.
• Manage B2B/B2C distribution accounts and partnerships including contracts.
• Oversee third-party distribution relationships from planning to renewal.
• Ensure net revenue focus with cost transparency and loyalty economics.
• Drive reporting, analytics, and KPIs for distribution performance.
• Sponsor distribution technology initiatives (CRS, APIs, integrations).
• Support openings, conversions, and brand integrations with distribution planning.
