Job summary

Hilton seeks a senior leader for Global Distribution to drive CALA channel strategy, align third-party initiatives with commercial goals, and manage data and tagging requirements. You will report to the Sr. Director of Distribution Strategy, Americas.

You will negotiate contracts, oversee metrics, and collaborate across teams to optimize forecast accuracy while traveling up to 35% as needed. This role blends growth with strategic channel governance within a global hospitality leader.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
• Ten years of work experience in distribution, revenue management or related fields.
• Deep knowledge of the CALA region, OTA, Bedbank/Wholesale, metasearch and distribution landscape.
• Proven ability to negotiate sizeable distribution contracts.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% domestically and globally.

Responsibilities

• Create, communicate, and implement a well-defined distribution channel strategy and roadmap for CALA with clear metrics.
• Ensure integration of third-party channel initiatives into broader commercial strategies.
• Provide SME on tracking, tagging, data management, and channel enablement for third-party channels.
• Monitor results and forecast impact; propose processes and efficiencies to increase value.
